Hooters Is Getting Sued

So this guy, Nikolai Grushevski, is suing Hooters for sexual discrimination. Apparently he went and applied for a waiter’s position in May of 08 and was denied based on the fact that Hooters does not hire men for their serving positions. He filed a complaint with the labor department, but nothing happened with that so he filed a lawsuit. I personally think the guy applied at Hooters on purpose, so that he could be turned down and then attempt to sue and get some free money. (Hello, Captain Obvious!) Anyway, his dingleberry attorney seems to think they have a strong case. Seriously does this clown not realize that Hooter’s has been there, done that and won? The attorney wants to try and turn this into a class action lawsuit and find other men that will claim they have been discriminated against by Hooter’s. One moment, I need to call every guy I know and tell them to go and apply at their local Hooters real quick. Then I’m going to ask for 10% of each of their winnings for giving them the idea. (10% of nothing equals nothing) Yeah, anyway if a man can sue Hooters for being sexually discriminated against then I’m going to have my step-dad try and get into the Sports Illustrated Swim suit Issue and Playboy Magazine. I’m seeing dollar signs. Cha-ching!
