It was good to hear the familiar voices on our local radio station for the first yesterday morning. I know it’s Wednesday, and they’ve been back since Monday but I hadn’t had the radio on Monday when I went to take Eric to the bus. The reason they’d been off the air is because they were all on vacation, so of course they had like “substitute” DJs and I’m not saying they sucked at all, I’m just saying they were not exactly who I wanted to be listening to. If you are from the Houston or surrounding areas and listen to The Buzz, you know exactly what I’m talking about. If you do happen to live in the area and haven’t heard Rod Ryan’s morning show yet, then I suggest that you at least give it a listen at least once or twice. You can find them on your dial at 94.5. I’ve converted at least two people that I know of from other morning radio shows to the Rod Ryan Show. They’re just that good.

Anyway, staying on topic (sort of), I was listening to them yesterday morning and they had the stock guy whom I can’t exactly remember his name at the moment. They do a little segment called Rock Out With Your Stock Out where they go over the previous day on the stockmarket. What he said was kind of amusing to me for some reason. He said that the breast augmentation industry is finally being hit with losses due to the status of the economy. Rod Ryan was upset because he says that you can never have enough large breasts in the world. I found it humorous because not long ago when they were talking about the affects the economic situation was having on various industries the stock guy said that the adult industry and “escort services” as well as “gentleman’s clubs” had not been affected at all by the failing economy. That says alot about us as a whole, but mainly it shows what kind of creeps we have in this country.
