Being the parent of a young child, I’m always on the lookout for safe online activities and games for my son to play. When I signed up for a free account with Megabrands’ MagNext Virtual game, I didn’t know what to expect but since I know my son is absolutely in love with MagNext magnetic building sets, I figured he might enjoy their games. Anyway, so I signed up to check it out and I was confused at first but I got the hang of it rather quickly. My favorite game to play was the iCoaster game, where you have to choose which track is missing so that you can complete the coaster before time runs out. It was pretty fun and I’ve included a screenshot. While I was playing it, my son came in my room and asked me what I was playing. He got really excited when I told him it was MagNext Virtual, because as I said previously he loves MagNext building sets. So he asked if he could create his own account, and he played for quite awhile this evening. He likes that he can play against other people, and that he can get his friends to sign up and add them to his friends list on the game. If you have children who are old enough to play games on the internet, I highly recommend MagNext Virtual because not only is it fun but it’s a safe virtual environment for children to play games and interact with others their age.
