Well, this week I was supposed to be taking a trip to Missouri with a friend of mine but the trip has currently been put on hold for a bit. She has some personal issues that she has to take care of at the moment and insisted that I still go to Branson, but I didn’t want to go without her. She was the one who invited me in the first place, so I don’t see how that’d be much fun. Luckily the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing was very understanding with our issues and let us put our reservations on hold. I’m pretty disappointed though, to be honest, because I was looking forward to getting out of town for awhile and enjoying the Winter Escaped themed package that we had chosen, that included the spa. I was so looking forward to that. I was also planning to see a couple of really cool museums that I had seen on my last visit to Branson, as well as the Titanic Museum, which I hadn’t been to yet. It sounds awesome. I am also kind of disappointed to be missing out on the ice skating, but there is always next time, depending on when we decide to go.

The one other time I visited Branson, we ended up staying at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel that’s located right near their convention center. It’s a very luxurious hotel and I absolutely loved it, so I am certain I would have loved the other Hilton hotel we were staying at. I also had our entire itinerary laid out so that our trip wouldn’t have had a single dull moment. There were some amusement parks I am still planning on visiting as well as the Stone Hill Winery and the Waltzing Waters Theatre. I know we’ll get the chance to go, it’s just not going to be as soon as was expected. That’s life though, sometimes things come up. I still can’t wait though, for our trip. It’ll be fun.
