So Yeah, I’m Going To “Listen To Win!”

So Julie suggested that I listen to The Buzz this morning because they are giving away a pair of Metallica concert tickets. So after I get my kiddo off to school, I’m definitely going to listen. I doubt I’ll win though, I’ve tried for years to win stuff off of the radio, and in all my trying the only thing I ever one was a six tickets to the Renaissance Festival back in the late 90s. It was kind of fun, but still.. It definitely wasn’t Metallica, that’s for sure. The last time I saw Metallica live was when I was in high school and they played with Guns N Roses. They kicked ass, even though the sound in the Astrodome wasn’t that great. I got sweat on by Jason Newstead. I was simply thrilled!
Anyway, last night one of Eric’s Christmas presents that I ordered off Amazon.Com arrived. He knows it’s a present for him, but at least he’s not the type of kid that will try and sneak a peek at what he got. I was that type of kid and my mom always got so mad at me. One time she even returned my gifts to the store. She was a meanie, though. But I mean I guess I deserved it. 
I finally watched last week’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy last night. And tonight a new episode is coming on. I probably won’t get to catch that one until a later time, though. That’s how it always is with me. I’m totally behind on everything. Oh, well, at least I have ABC.Com so that I can watch it at my leisure! :nerdy:

Good luck today, hope you win. I know it’s a long shot but hey less probable things have happened. That’s great that kiddo isn’t trying to sneak a peak at the gift. That’s discipline.
