I Love Icees

Today I made the long drive out to my mom’s house to pick up my kiddo. It’s not my favorite thing to do, but at least my mom invited me to dinner, and we watched a funny movie. So that was kind of cool. I ended up staying longer than I intended, which I guess annoyed CHris a bit. But he got over it. I like spending time with my mom now that I’m a bit older.. when I was younger I really didn’t enjoy her company too much but I guess it’s that way with most kids. lol.
I also learned today that the local convenience store/ gas station has Sunkist Cherry Limeade flavored Icees!!! Since I love Icees, and Sunkist Cherry Limeade is my favorite kind of soda ever, I was actually quite excited about this. I know, it’s kind of sad. When someone gets excited over a flavor of Icee, you know they really have nothing going on in their life. 
Anyway, Chris ordered me the movie “Sybil” off Amazon.com and it arrived today. I am in the middle of reading the book, so I’m not going to watch it yet. I watched it when I was way younger, but really don’t remember it much. The book is pretty disturbing. It’s supposedly based upon a true story about a young woman with multiple personalities, which apparently the different personalities were a product of a schizophrenic mother who inflicted horrible acts of abuse upon her as a child. Some of the things that this woman put her child through are literally too much for me to comprehend. I honestly don’t recommend anyone reading this book. I mean, it’s a good book, but it’s so disturbing. I guess Cetta was right when she told me not to read it, LOL. I didn’t listen though.
Oh, and I love the fact that for 3 days straight I have gotten no spam comments. Hell yes!!

Also… PUT THE BOOK DOWN!!!!! It’s so amazingly twisted. I tried to read it and I couldn’t.
Man Cetta, I put the book down.. but then I picked it back up. Again and again.
