I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what it would be like to move into a house and out of this apartment. Eric would have a yard to play in, and I’d have more room and definitely more privacy. The only thing I’m afraid of is if something happens and I’m not able to make the house payment it might put the home into foreclosure. Not only would that cause me to be out of a home, but also go on my credit and make it even worse than it already is. There are places like stopmyforeclosure.net that can help you if you are receiving foreclosure letters from your mortgage company or if you are more than 60 days behind on your mortgage. I guess if something ever happened and I found myself in that situation I would have to contact them for help.
