I think my air conditioning is going out or something. It’s blowing kind of cool air, but not really. It’s like 85 degrees in my apartment and I hate it. If you live in or around Houston, you know that having a broken air conditioner is not acceptable. Simply NOT acceptable!!! I’m going to call management tomorrow and hopefully get them to come out, but who knows how quick they’ll get out here. Man this is miserable.
Anyway, I’ve decided that I am not going to shop at Target anymore. It used to be my favorite store, but they never have the stuff I like. They don’t even carry the flaming hot fritos, nor do they have the sunkist cherry limeade. So whatever. It’s frustrating, especially when you go to a store for that specific reason and you end up not getting what you want @ all.
I found out yesterday that one of my uncles died.. 3 years ago. He was my dad’s brother. It might seem weird that I was not aware of his death, but the truth is I have pretty much nothing to do with those people. The only thing I really find sad about that situation is that they are all scumbags, and the only decent one out of the whole bunch of them was the one who died. Go figure. It did make me sad, cause I actually liked him, and had I not had to deal with all the rest of that piece of crap “family” I would have liked to have kept in touch with him over the years. Such is life though…

Eh.. I mean I wasn’t exactly close to him. But it’s a shame out of that whole rotten family, the only good one had to die. heh.
Thanks, I’m feeling ok for the moment. But it will probably get worse again who knows. I might eat myself into a coma. We’ll see.
Ugh no kidding about Houston heat. I sometimes wonder if it could possibly get more hot and muggy, and then get “pleasantly” surprised. Sorry that Targeh does not have your stuffs no more. Time to switch to Wallyworld? It’s so sad that in real life, the good people die early while the bad people of the world continue living and tormenting everyone. It’s sad though that you liked this uncle and only found out now.
The heat is kicking my butt! Since the a/c isn’t working omg. I’m actually considering getting one of those portable air conditioners until they fix this problem because this is horrid.
It is sad about my uncle, he really was the only decent one of those people.
Oh goodness, when the A/C went in my house here in Jersey, we were without it for two days, and considering the insulation in my part of the house is HORRIBLE. I had to sleep downstairs on the couch those two days cos I seriously would of roasted in my room. oyyy.

Once, the heat went out at our house in Memphis. Right in the middle of July. It was absolutely HORRIBLE! I had to sleep downstairs in our guest bedroom, since my room could be used to bake cookies in. I suggest buying a fan from somewhere - like Target (haha).

I’m sorry about your uncle. Even though you both weren’t close, it sucks that you actually liked him and just figured out that he passed away.
