Lately I’ve been kind of depressed, and when I’m depressed I eat. I eat and eat and eat. The problem with eating so much is that you start to put on weight. This leads me to another problem. I start to worry about weight loss, and how I can not only lose the weight I’ve started to gain, but continue to keep the weight off me. That then leads me to wondering what kind of weight loss aids are out there and what would be right for me. I found a few, one being a metabolism booster called Metabospped. I do realize though, that in the end, whichever diet aid I choose to use or not use, I will have to stop eating so much, and find other means of making myself feel better when I’m depressed.
