It’s Me Again.. Remember Me?

I just got in from moving my car. The damn apartments are redoing the pavement in the area where I park. It doesn’t even need to be redone, but whatever. I had to move it before they came to work on it, there was a big green notice on my door yesterday about it… so yeah, I figured it’d be best to move it. I mean if I didn’t I think it would have been towed. That would suck.
So Chris is sleeping and I’m wide awake drinking an IBC cream soda, which I happened to fall in love with around the same time I fell in love with IBC root beer. They are teh yumz! 
I joined like 10 more fanlistings last week, I don’t even remember if I mentioned that or not. Mostly bands, cause I love music so freakin much. You can view them @ my collective site. But anyway, I also applied @ thefanlistings.org to create the fanlisting for the band Live since there wasn’t one. I really found that so odd.. but whatever.
Hmm.. what else? Oh yea, so the other day I reformatted my desktop, and then I installed my printer/copier/scanner, and everything worked fine. Well, last night I decided to install the drivers for my tablet and suddenly the scanner won’t work. Some stupid communication error. Everything else worked on the damn thing, I could print and copy easily, but not scan. So I did a little research and discovered that HP had a bug that would screw up the scanner software if the Tablet Service was enabled in System Configuration. I disabled it and the scanner worked. But wtf, I didn’t want to have to do this every time I wanted to use my scanner so I did some more investigating and found a patch for it. Yayz!! It’s all good now. 
By the way, I do hope my chocolates come today.

I’m glad you found a patch to fix your computer issue. How weird, all these little bugs in all computers heh.
I’m glad too, cause believe me I was getting soooo frustrated. It is weird how there’s these “bugs”, especially when the company that has the bugs can’t come up with a fix for it.

haha. I think computers should be a little more easy going, lmao. If just ONE thing isnt right, BAM. Dead products or just uber annoyance.

Yea, well I had been sick for a couple of days. The computer issue had started to piss me off, but as my boyfriend says, I never give up. I’m very determined.. and I just couldn’t see just using either my tablet OR my scanner. Nope, not happening.
I am feeling better, thanks. I slept ALOT. It’s nice to know that people care.
