I must say I’m confused by the fact that as soon as I called to cancel my internet service with that one company, the internet has starting staying on. How ironic. Oh well, I did sign up for that one service that is internet only. Maybe the whole internet issue will be resolved sooner than I thought.
Anyway, I finally finished all the despair commenting that I’d gotten so far behind on. I also went through this week and approved some pending members in despair as well. (Wow, so productive!) Anyways, I’m planning on going through and returning comments this evening after I watch my favorite television program ever in the history of me watching television. Yes, it’s Thursday, and you know what that means. Grey’s Anatomy is coming on. :nerd:
Oh, if anyone remembers, I said awhile back that my goal was to get my Alexa score down below 500,000. Well, (drumroll, please!) my Alexa score is currently around 440,000!!! I have achieved my goal and now I’ve set a new one for myself. I want to get to around 200,000. For awhile I had noticed that my Alexa score had not changed, and I was confused cause it changes quite frequently. I have one of those firefox plugins that check pagerank and Alexa and show a little graph in the corner of your browser window… and lately mine had not changed at all. Then I realized there was an update for the plug-in and when I upgraded I saw that my Alexa score had indeed changed. I felt like a newb! 
Also, I don’t mean to sound bitchy or anything, but lately I’ve gotten quite a few hosting requests from people who just can’t seem to read. Either that or they just think they are too good for my “rules”, which I personally don’t think are that bad. I’ve gotten about 10 hosting requests over the last few weeks, and I haven’t accepted any of them. So if you happen to be reading this, and you are interested in getting free hosting from someone, READ THEIR RULES BEFORE APPLYING. It’s getting annoying. With that being said, I do offer subdomain and cpanel hosting, but I’m much much more picky about the cpanel hosting. Currently, I’ve only given Sara and Dawn cpanel access… but I absolutely adore both of them, so yea.
Before I go, here is a shameless plug for Julie. You guys, she’s so awesome, go visit her website and show her some love. I’m plugging her here because I feel she deserves some recognition. She comments on nearly every post I make, and not just with some random bullshit. She actually reads my website, and takes the time out to show that she is interested in what I have to say. So Thank you Julie. You are the best!

Now, I don’t mean to sound like a newb, but what is Alexa? I’ve never heard of it but it does sound interesting and useful.

Thanks, it really sucks not having dependable internet service. Alexa is a site traffic ranking tool. With Alexa, the lower your score, the more traffic your site gets.

I just wanted to show my appreciation to you because you take the time out of your day to read my blog and leave me nice comments, and that makes me feel good. You know what I’m getting at right? Anyway, I would like to meet you offline someday, too. It does take me quite awhile to warm up to meeting people off the internet and I’ve only done so a handful of times, and have had bad experiences with most. But that was a long time ago, I’ve grown up. (Hopefully.) Oh, Julie, yesterday I was at Sears on Fuqua right, and as I was leaving I saw the Comedy place that you had gone to that time, and it made me think of you.
