My friend and her husband just found out they are going to be parents for the first time. They currently live in a little guest house on his parents property but have decided that they’ll need something bigger. So they’ve come to the conclusion that it’s time to get their own home. So now they are on the quest to find mortgage lenders who are willing to work with first time home buyers. They’ll need to find a company willing to lend to consumers with less than ideal credit, cause I know their credit is not spotless. I hope she’s able to find a company that will help them finance their first home, they only have about 8 months to get everything together.
