I’ve been looking around for good shopping cart software for the ecommerce site that my boyfriend and I want to get up and running. There are so many different companies that offer ecommerce software that it’s really hard to choose. Very few have stood out. I have found a few decent ones, though and one of them is Ashop Commerce. What I like about their shopping cart is that it’s completely web based, meaning I don’t have to install anything on my server. It’s very affordable, and fully customizable. They also are offering a 10 day free trial. Most of the ecommerce companies I’ve looked at don’t offer a free trial. It’s really important to have decent ecommerce software so that your website and/or company can accept credit cards. That will improve your sales tremendously.

I’m really anxious to get started on my business website, but I just want to go over a few things with the ecommerce companies that I have been looking at to make sure they can offer me everything that I need and want. Luckily, Ashop has live sales and support, so I can talk to a live person and get all my questions answered by a real person and not have to read through their FAQ.

Another thing I think will persuade me to go with Ashop Commerce is the ability to control with their ecommerce software. You get the ability to offer gift certificates, discount coupons, and even accept multiple currencies. Oh, and you don’t even have to have any HTML knowledge or graphic design skills to be able to use their software. That means my boyfriend can do it all by himself! Haha!
