Just… Sigh.

In case you haven’t noticed (which I’m pretty sure not many people HAVE), I have been “away”. I’ll have cable again next week, but until then I am probably not going to be around.. due to the fact that the only available wifi connections in my area suck a big one. Might as well dial up. (lol) Anyways, for anyone who’s been wondering. Yes, everything is ok, thanks for asking. (I promise I will return comments, and catch up with despair comments next week) I would attempt to do it now, but as it is I’m currently typing this update in notepad and saving it until there’s an available wifi connection. How sad is that? Thankfully it was up long enough so that I could do the despair moderating stuff I have committed myself to doing. I would feel like a real ass for volunteering and then not being able to do it. :(

So, life is slowly getting back to “normal”. Whatever normal is. I guess “routine” would be a better word. Mommy mode has kicked in again full force with school being back in session, and the late nights and sleeping in have come to a complete halt. (oh darn, seriously) I have been asleep by 10 most nights and up with the birds. Helping the boy with the homework and going over lunch and breakfast menus, and doing lots more laundry have taken the place of the “quiet time while the kid’s at the grandparent’s house” thing… but no complaints here. I love it when school’s in session. So does the boy. His homework has gotten ten times harder this year and as he puts it “more challenging and not so boring” (which is good).. they haven’t had him to go his gifted and talented class yet this year, so I’m not sure if he’s even still in it, but I don’t see why he wouldn’t be. Ok, I know that’s all pretty boring stuff, sorry.

The boyfriend bought me a new dinette set since mine was basically ruined. It’s really cute and was on sale (which is a plus). It’s one of those kind with a pedestal stand instead of legs. I’ve kind of always wanted one like that, lol. I’m probably going to get barstools from Sears this week or next, also thanks to the boyfriend. The new place has a bar area that’s really cute and I’d kinda like to get some barstools, or those counter-height chairs or whatever. That’d be pretty awesome. :P

Oh yea, and the fucking movers stole from us. They stole my son’s playstation 2, and this griddle thing that he had bought me for my birthday. I’m like what the hell?! The griddle was in the box it came in, still brand new. The thing was huge, I saw them carry it out to the moving truck, and it never made it inside. They probably returned it to the store for crack money or something lolz. When I realized the ps2 was gone, though, I was pretty pissed off. How are they gonna steal from a 7 year old little boy? Bastards. I called the place up and didn’t get very far. The lady in the office was nice, however, there really wasn’t much she could do except “talk to the guys” about it. She said they had no idea about where it might be blaaah blaah blaah. Then I threatened them with filing a police report and suddenly they “found” a ps2 on their truck randomly. Yeah, right. At least we got it back, but that’s not the freaking point. I know they stole it because it was packed away with all of the other electronics that go in his room. I had them put all the other stuff like my stereo, our computers.. in my car. Otherwise that shit woulda probably been jacked, too. The one guy kept trying to pick up my laptop bag and my purse, I was like uh.. no I don’t think you guys need to move those items for me thanks. Imagine if they got my purse LOL. The boyfriend mighta been more pissed than me, since they would have probably ended up jacking his credit card and what not. Assholes, I swear. To be honest I think he was and still is more pissed about it than I am.. and I’m pretty freaking pissed. Hmph.

Alright well, I have kept you here long enough reading about the unimportant happenings in my life. I hope by next week everything will be back to normal. If not then idk. Speaking of idk, it’s pretty gay how there’s that new commercial with the grandma and her massive texting and they are like grandma who could you possibly be texting or whatever.. and she’s all “idk my bff rose”. It was funny the first time, but that old lady makes me wanna slap her and tell her to get her ass in the kitchen and bake some freaking cookies. Anyways. Bye bye!

P.S. I miss you, Tabitha.

Aww Angie poo, that sucks that those bastards stole from you. I like how they mysteriously found it after you threatened to go to the police. How fucking quaint.

Thats pretty shitty of them to do that Ang. I would of threatend them the same way cause its not just wrong but sick to steal from a child. If you ever move again you might be best just hiring a van to drive yourself or something. It would prob take longer but atleast you know that nothing will get damaged or stolen. Well will prob speak to you when you get a decent connection…

They stole from you? That is messed up! Our movers hide the “setup” box or w/e, but we don’t THINK they stole anything. People these days -.-

Hi Angela! Wow, that is a nasty thing the movers did. Guess you can never really trust most of them huh.

Anyway, I wish your connection will get back soon :)

Take care!

What the hell?! Can you just report the movers to the cops or something? That is messed up!

Hope you get a good internet connection. I hate when my internet goes down at random times of the day, lol.

I have the same problem when my Mom decides not to pay the bill. But luckily theres a really strong wifi signal at the back of my house, so I just hijack my Mom’s room for a while :P
I honestly can’t believe they stole from you.. That is shocking. Especially a childs things, some people have no heart.

You seriously can’t trust people with your things these days, unless you watch them every second. Our movers didn’t steal anything when we moved, but they broke a crap-load of stuff. At least you got the Playstation back though.

We move everything ourselves when we move. I know how moving companies are. I don’t even trust having a storage bin somewhere.

And I know what it’s like not having cable after you have had it. I’ve been on dial-up for a while since I lost my cable connection. Makes me not even wanna log on sometimes.

Hey there! Well it’s great that things are back to normal. I’m sorry about your internet…no internet is such a pain! At least for me, ha. Hmm, that is fucked up of them. It’s why I have a hard time trusting people with my stuff. Funny how they magically found your stuff after threatening them.
Anyways, take care!

Hey Rich, long time no talk. Yea it was pretty shitty of them to steal from my son, but people are shitty in this world. Whatever. I hope I never have to move again, heh. You are right though, about things getting damaged. Those people charge nearly 100 bucks an hour and they don’t give a damn about your stuff. They just throw it around and shit. Fuckers. What’s your AIM anyways? We’ll chat sometime :P

It’s funny.. a few days before I am to get my internet hooked back up and I find a semi decent connection.. (it’s not up all the time though) right at my dining room table. Go figure.

Yeah, I don’t trust those storage places either. I know someone who used to work for a storage company.. and they would get into people’s things all the time. heh.

I absolutely refuse to dial up again. No freaking way. It’s so frustrating.

Hey Tony, I don’t know if you’ll check this for my response or not, but I don’t know your email address and since you didn’t wanna put it I can’t respond to you via email. YOU NERD. No one would get your email but me, and I will not hack you.. lol. ::slap::

Anyways, I don’t get on aim too much, and my cable is not installed yet. (Monday, now, hopefully.) I don’t wanna even get into the reason why the install date was changed. But I’ll talk to you soon hopefully. Love ya tons n stuff.

Lol, girl.. I should have known you’d appreciate the “humor” in that. “Hi, we found your playstation that we didn’t take from you, but if you weren’t going to the cops we wouldn’t have found it, BYE!!” anyways!

At least you got the PS2 back! I would have been irrate. I did what you did with the important expensive electronics stuff when I last moved–putting it in my car instead of the truck. Good idea!

I think I go nuts without a routine so I know what you mean when you say it’s nice. Though, I would like to sleep in and stay up late too!
