Yay for the arrival of your laptop. I was so excited when I got mine as well. I’ve had mine for 6 months, but still. I was jumping up and down like an energizer bunny. lol.

Yay for your car as well. I don’t drive and don’t have problems with mechanics. But I can imagine them saying the same thing everytime you go to get it fixed.

Thank you. It wasn’t the easiest thing I have ever done. (pixeling) but I liked it and hopefully will get better at it because the ones I made are very “common” and mediocre at best. I want to try something original, I just haven’t figured out quite what that is going to be yet. My lappy came today. It’s amazing. I love it!

Thanks… although I did not design the entire layout myself. It is an altered version of a wordpress theme I found and I just changed it to suit me. But again, thank you. I am actually in the process of making my own theme. Hopefully it works out.

Well I’ve had custody of my niece Brianna (she’s three) since she was a baby, and I’ve learned a lot. I honestly think I’m more than ready for a baby!

Taking care of someone else’s child is very selfless. I commend you. It’s hard enough for a young person these days to take care of themselves and their own children. Like I said, children are a blessing. The most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life is be my son’s mother.

I plan on posting pics up soon, and thank you. ;P The pixels were pretty complicated. I worked on them for quite awhile to get them just right. I’m pretty happy with the result. I’m trying to come up with something more challenging though.. that is actually “possible” for me to make, since I’m a newb at it. lol.

I’ve waited so long for a laptop… and I absolutely LOVE it. Don’t be jealous!! You’ll get one eventually. Trust me, I’ve been wanting one for years and years. ;p

Thanks. The remote works with the media center. You can play dvds, music, or record stuff. You can also turn the computer on and off with it. It’s so tiny.. almost as flat as a credit card and it fits right into this slot on the side of the lappy. It’s really cool.

i used to pixel a little, and i remember it taking quite a long time. and afterwards, i think i would just see everything in pixels, haha. i always think pixels are adorable, remember when they were super trendy? anyway, yours are great, i especially love the sundaes!

YAY for your laptop! Show pictures? Hehe. Computers are great pretty things. Sheesh I hope your car really is fixed this time cause that’s just annoying. Though if not you might want to try another mechanic in case this one isn’t doing his job. My hubby’s family found out after multiple supposed oil changes that the oil was never changed, some people are just really corrupt. And in answer to your question, our neighbor says we’re not technically within city limits so that’s why we can shoot off all we want. And they were going off all around everywhere so it’s gotta be true heh.

I’m going to post up some pics of the lappy this coming week. The mechanic that worked on my car seems like a decent guy.. and I dunno.. he hasn’t been charging me for the work the last 4 times it’s been in, cause it’s under warranty. So, we’ll see.

Did you hear about that fireworks tent that someone caught on fire? That’s so crazy, fireworks were going everywhere. Glad you had a safe and happy 4th though.. and lucky you aren’t in the city limits. The laws about fireworks suck!

Gosh, I really need a laptop! I’m tired of my desktop, which is very old and tired and I miss the mobility of a laptop :/

Oh that’s got to be nice having a remote. I’m not sure what controls are on there but still a good thing to have. Oh and I have a similar situation with my car so I know how you feel there. It’s not fair that if the place screws up they look at you stupid. I hope you have better luck than I do in this department. And those are nice pixelations. ^_^

Hey there…hmm, just to tell you about the “him” on my blog.
He’s basically an ex boyfriend, just not official.
I try to deal with it the best I can. I mean, at first I wouldn’t eat and I would just bawl my eyes out. But after a while that just gets old and childish.
Some days are better than others…it’s getting better, you know? Been like 4 months since he left.
