I’m having this problem with my sleeping pattern. I can’t seem to sleep more than 4 hours at any given time. This annoys me. It appears that my brain doesn’t seem to want to sleep as much my body does lately. The electricity kept going out last night due to a very bad storm. Gotta love that Tx weather. I swear. It annoyed me too because it kept flickering on and off while I was trying to sleep. My computer is in my room, so everytime it flickered on for a second, my scanner, printer, pc, mp3 player, and whatever else, all made little noises and woke me up. Then it’d flick right back out. Whatever.
Anyways, my good friend Tony got into a car wreck this past week, and messed up his car so bad. He showed me where he got all these burns from the airbag and what not.. Damn, airbags are more dangerous than I ever thought. I mean yeah, they are meant to save lives, but still. Ouch. His car is ruined, thank goodness for insurance. I hope he’s doing alright, though. He looked pretty beat up. 
Now for my American Idol bitch: I hope Jordin wins, only because she is my favorite of the 3 that are left. I predict the other black girl goes home next week and Blake and Jordin in the finale. The problem is.. American Idol is rigged. Jordin is not the best singer that was on Idol this season. But whatever. They shouldn’t have sent Lakesha home, either. She was amazing. Her voice kicked all ass, and in my opinion she should have won. However, I told my Chris long before that she wouldn’t make it past the top 4 because she doesn’t have “the look”. Which is a shame, because she was the best. Bastards.

Hey! I’m ennnzo from Despair.Nu. Anyway, you should have removed your computer from the plug or the generator if you use one. That way, you can easily sleep without being bothered by those things.

American Idol is sometimes a bitch. I mean, sometimes, the one who is better is being eliminated then the one who is okay is the one who wins!
If you’re still struggling with sleep: Try and avoid caffenated drinks and soda, particularly AFTER 5pm. (or, 4 hours before you go to bed). A trip to the doctor for some prescription sleeping pills or relaxants (like Vallium) could help too if it is still a problem in a while.
I hope your friend is okay. Car crashes are terrible - i have a friend who was almost crippled as a result of a headon.
Yikes, what do you mean by “Gotta love that Tx weather” ?? How bad is it? Is it storming or just weird power outages for no reason? (Sorry for the questionness I’m just moving out there in about a month as you may remember and so I’m all ooh? hehe) That really isn’t fun about your sleeping issue. Insomnia and other sleeping disorders are awful and just leave you dead for the rest of the day. I hope you get out of that weird rut soon. Take care!

When I can’t sleep, I sleep with a hot water bottle or wheat pack on my stomach if I sleep on my back, and on my back if I sleep on my stomach XD. I know it seems a bit odd, but it really helps me! Also, hot tea helps me before I go to bed too.
sorry about what happened to your friend!! i was involved in a car crash once and ever since then, i became paranoid with the way i drive…i feel as if i would be involved in another accident if i did this or that…blah

i’ve had my airbag go off once, and the weird thing was it that i didn’t hit what i hit even that hard. so i think the whole slamming into the bag motion was too slow. i ended up slashing up my neck and getting bruises on that as well. it winded me a little bit. my friend was also in the car and he couldn’t hear out of one ear for a week.
Wow… car accidents are so much more dangerous these days. At least your friend survived the accident! It would be horrible if his air bag didn’t deploy.
I can’t seem to finish a full episode of this season’s American Idol. May your choice win.

oo thats not gd. I know only too well what not being able to sleep feels like as im a raging insomniac. Try relaxation methods and what not. they don’t work for me lol but they might for you to get your brain to slow down

I don’t keep up with American idol coz well they do my head in coz shows like that are u7nfair as they aren’t judged on talent but by popularity. Its very rear that the one with the best voice wins =/

My electricity kept going out the other night too. It’d be so quiet and hot that it was so hard to fall back to sleep. =X I didn’t even hear it come back on. Lol.
I watch American Idol every Tuesday and Wednesday. I really wanted LaKisha to win, but it sucks that she got booted off. Now I want Melinda to win, actually, any one of those three would be nice to have win. I like Blake’s originalness (is that a word?).
